11:15 Update

I just received another update from hospital staff.  Things are progressing well and they have moved on to the cranial part of the surgery... not sure what that means exactly, I thought the entire thing would be cranial since they are operating on her brain, but praises that things are still going well.  Thanks to those who have been praying and for those that continue to pray.
