Thursday 12-29

Hello all,

I thought I would try to send out a quick update each night for those that are still checking this blog.  A lot of things are still the same today.  Cami was busy all morning with different therapies.  She continues to make improvements in all areas, but is still the most discouraged by activities that focus on mental processing skills.  She knows that things will come back with time, but it is frustrating for her to have to think so hard about things that used to come so naturally.  On a more positive note, Cami was cleared to move to a regular diet.  She can now eat and drink anything she wants.  She was also able to have Granger visit for a little bit tonight which definitely was a highlight of the day.  Thanks for continuing to remember us in your prayers.

Seth

  1. Yaay, so happy Granger was able to visit! I am also happy that things are going well with the therapy and we will continue to pray for the mental processing skills to come back quickly. Please give Cami a hug for us and tell her we love her! These updates are great - we are always wondering how she is doing each minute of the day...she is always in our thoughts and prayers. Much love, James and Megan

  8. So glad to hear of Cami's improvements. I check the blog everyday and keep her and all of you in my prayers. With my background in the field of speech-language pathology, I completely understand the cognition difficulties she is having and will pray for all of her therapists as well. She is in excellent hands at RHI. God bless you all.

  16. Hi Seth and cami, I am thankful you have this vehicle to communicate. 30 years ago when my second wife was was being treated for and dying of cancer, I couldn't get any rest or time for meditation and personal revival for the phone ringing. So I'm glad for you all because you can keep us up to date, we know your prayer needs, and we can express our constant spiritual vigilance on you behalf. What a wonderful cloud of witnesses share your life. Peace!
